Bice Ristorante

300 5th Avenue South
Naples, Florida 34102

As BiCE celebrates its 100th anniversary, BiCE Naples reopens its doors in Naples, following a full renovation and design refresh. The updated space, combining the classic charm the restaurant is known for with new refreshed and elegant touches, will soon welcome guests for dinner, featuring an elevated seasonal menu and chef specialties that honor BiCE’s storied Italian heritage.

Since its founding in 2005, BiCE has been a fixture Naples, known for its white-tablecloth service, refined Italian cuisine and warm hospitality. Rooted in the original Milan trattoria opened by Beatrice “Bice” Ruggeri in Milan in 1926, the reopening marks a continuation of the brand’s remarkable century-long legacy. To user in this new era, the restaurant has undergone a comprehensive renovation – updating its design, flow and guest experience while preserving the essence that has defined BiCE for decades.

“As we celebrate 100 years of BiCE, we are proud to honor our family’s legacy while reimagining the future of Italian cuisine,” said Roberto Ruggeri, Founder of BiCE Group. “BiCE Naples has always held a special place within our brand, a community that embraces our values of tradition, hospitality and togetherness. We look forward to welcoming guests home to a beautifully refreshed BiCE that remains true to who we are.”

Designed in collaboration with Sinfonia Group – a New York and Treviso-based firm known for uniting Italian craftsmanship with American execution – the refreshed interior reflects BiCE’s timeless sophistication through refined architectural details and custom furnishings. The 5,566-square-foot space now embodies a light, coastal-Italian aesthetic that bridges Old World elegance with Naples’ relaxed luxury. The interiors pair BiCE’s signature palette with contemporary touches, including a sculptural white bar facade with mosaic detailing, navy blue velvet bar stools, navy and cream banquettes with subtle blue accents, floating textile ceiling panels, and white drapery that adds movement throughout the dining room. Hand-painted blue scenic wall panels introduce a classic Italian countryside motif, while a signature central booth anchors the dining room and maintains an open, inviting flow. The private dining room, outfitted with custom BiCE chairs and coordinating curtains, offers a secluded venue for celebrations, business gatherings and bespoke culinary experiences.

The redesigned bar are features 10 navy-upholstered bar seats, blending sophistication with approachability, while the main dining room accommodates 90 seats. Outdoors an expanded terrace experience enhances the restaurant’s connection to 5th Avenue South, offering an elegant extension of the dining room with cascading bougainvillea, softly lit canopy drapes, and woven white seating. The terrace comprises a large west-side patio with 60 seats, a bar terrace with 12 seats, and a smaller west terrace with 9 seats – all thoughtfully arranged to evoke the atmosphere of an elegant Italian seaside promenade. Wine also plays a central role in the refreshed concept, highlighted by an extensive, temperature-controlled wine cellar showcasing selections from Italy, France, and the U.S., with a strong emphasis on Italian, American and French varietals that complement the restaurant’s culinary heritage.

The culinary program features BiCE’s signature dishes – including several beloved “old classics” from the brand’s global history. The menu is thoughtfully organized by classic Italian sections, beginning with Antipasti such as Vitello Tonnato (thinly sliced veal loin), Burrata di Bufaia (freshly imported Italian burrata), followed by Insalate including Caprese di BiCE and the Acquamarina Porto Cervo (Alaska crab, avocado, heart of palm). The Paste, Risotto e Zuppa section showcases BiCE signatures like Pappardelle BiCE al Telefono, Spaghettone alle Vongole, Linguine alla Nerano, and Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe served with red shrimp tartare. Secondi highlights timeless Italian entrees such as Cotoletta di Vitello alla Milanese (veal chop), Filetto di Manzo (8 oz fillet mignon with Barolo wine sauce, and seafood specialties like the Branzino, complemented by classic Contorni including grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes, mixed wild mushrooms and sauteed spinach. The menu will continue to emphasize chef specialties and seasonal ingredients, delivering both classic favorites and inspired new plates that reflect the restaurant’s contemporary evolutions while honoring its heritage.

“BiCE has earned its place among the world’s great dining institutions, and this transformation reinforces that leadership,” said Raffaele Ruggeri, CEO of BiCE Group. “We are launching a new era for BiCE Naples, one defined by exceptional design, enhanced culinary expression and a standard of excellence worthy of our global brand.”

BiCE traces its roots back to 1926, when Beatrice Ruggeri – affectionately known as “Bice” – opened a humble trattoria in Milan, inspired by the generosity and warmth of her Tuscan upbringing. Over the next century, the family brought Bice’s signature homemade pasta, genuine hospitality and “Made in Milan” spirit to discerning diners around the globe. Today, under the stewardship of her grandchildren and the leadership of BiCE Group each restaurant remains committed to delivering timeless Italian dining steeped in tradition – including this revitalized BiCE Naples, which carries forward nearly 100 years of culinary lineage and warmth.
