Under the culinary direction of Italian Pastry Chef Marco Berardi, Bontà Bakery invites guests on a journey to the streets of Rome through its authentic plates. Crafted with meticulous care and featuring simple, organic and high-quality ingredients directly imported from Italy, the offerings promise an immersive experience that captures the essence of Italian culinary tradition. The all-day menu will delight patrons with a selection of bakery staples and convenient grab-and-go items made fresh daily like croissants and pastries, savory sandwiches, pizzas and signature homemade gelato. Accompanying the food, the bakery offers a variety of beverages, including soft drinks and a comprehensive coffee selection. Chef Marco’s passion for baking shines through in his signature dishes including: the Bombolone (Italian donuts) in a variety of flavors; Cornetto (Italian Croissant); Brioche Bread paired with a choice of ham, including Prosciutto Cotto, Prosciutto di Parma, Turkey or Salame Milano. The gelato will feature a rotating selection of flavors with classics like Pistachio, Tiramisu and Stracciatella. Now introducing a new breakfast menu served daily 8-11AM, Bontà Bakery expands its morning offerings with a selection of classic egg dishes served on freshly baked bread and paired with premium Italian ingredients, offering a savory complement to its signature pastries and sweets.
