Rebecca grew up in Albany, New York, where she went to law school and began her legal career 20 years ago.  She has spent her entire legal career engaged in litigation work and primarily civil litigation matters. She has represented clients through every stage of litigation and in mediation and arbitration. Rebecca’s experience includes various types of civil litigation matters, including probate, trust, and guardianship litigation representing personal representatives, curators, beneficiaries, guardians, wards, and alleged incapacitated persons, as well as clients in uncontested guardianship matters.​

Prior to moving to Florida in 2012, Rebecca practiced law in New York, where she spent many years focusing her practice on civil and criminal litigation at a general practice law firm. She also served for five years as a principal law clerk to a state judge, where she gained broad experience in a variety of civil litigation matters. Rebecca has represented clients in both New York and Florida state trial and appellate courts, along with the Northern District of New York, the Second Circuit of Appeals, and the Middle District of Florida. She has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
