Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 457 Fifth Avenue South in Naples, will feature several specials on Easter Sunday, March 31, for both lunch and dinner.

The Easter specials include Goi Nham (crab avocado salad) with jumbo lump crab, Asian pear, avocado endive, chives and a spicy sesame yuzu dressing ($26); Heo Quay (roast pork belly) with heritage duroc pork, fine rice noodles, five spice and a chili lime dipping sauce ($24); Canh Chua Tom (black tiger shrimp in a tamarind broth with okra, tomato, celery, pineapple and ngo om ($42); Ca Kho Tieu (braised sable) with Alaska wild caught sablefish, caramelized fish and pickled vegetables ($40); and for dessert , Lychee and Honey Mousse with raspberry Thai basil chutney in an Easter egg nest ($15).

The 6,500 square foot restaurant, known for its celebration of the flavors and spirit of Saigon in the 1920s, is owned by acclaimed restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King. The Naples location, its sixth, opened in December and it features an exquisite 74 seat dining room, a 64-seat al fresco garden dining patio, and a 40 seat buzzy cocktail lounge.

Lunch at Le Colonial is served each Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering an array of lunch dishes and small plates, as well as favorites from the dinner menu. Dinner is served in the main dining room seven days a week from 4 to 10 p.m. The lounge is open from 3 to 10 p.m. daily. The lounge is walk-in only, offering a full lounge menu. Saigon Social is offered in the lounge 3 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
