This year to increase opportunity for business throughout the day. Halloween will follow a new format.

Sunday October 31st on park street from 12pm to 3pm.

Evening on 5th will coincide with the event from 12pm to 9:30pm with music up and down 5th Avenue.

• We are excited to have Trick or Treating in all participating stores, with live music up and down the Avenue, but this year the street will remain open for business with Park Street being the only street closure.
   
• We will have an Evenings on Fifth format with music from 12pm to 9:30pm and there will be kids activities for children to enjoy the afternoon from 12pm to 3pm.
