NAPLES, FL. – The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District (BID) today announced that Esquire Land Title, a local title company owned and operated by attorney Tom Larned and Irina Prell serving commercial and residential clients, has opened an office on Naples’ historic main street.

Located at 649 Fifth Ave. S., Suite 206, Esquire Land Title provides services to lenders, real estate agents, builders and investors with every type of real estate transactions. The firm was established in 2017 in Lee County and later branched out to Charlotte County. This is the firm’s first location in Collier County.
