City Council continues education initiative for public safety
Naples, FL (December 3, 2020) – The Naples City Council met today at a Special Meeting to discuss current conditions of COVID-19 in our community and the Collier County Facial Mask Mandate which was extended to April 2021. City Council did not opt-in to the Collier County mask mandate in July and today voted 3-4 not to opt-in again. The City of Naples strongly encourages the community to wear face masks/coverings while in public along with practicing all other CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines such as washing hands frequently, social distancing, staying home when you are sick, and Avoiding the 3 C’s (Closed Spaces, Crowded Places, and Close-Contact Settings).
