Since his arrival in Chicago in 1985, Aldo Castillo has been a tireless charitable fund-raiser, an ardent advocate of Latin American art, and a committed human rights activist. Artist, curator, and art dealer, he is known for his promotion of contemporary art and international artists. And for his human rights activism in AIDS, LGBT rights and political organizations.
