Ocean Prime Announces a Mother’s Day Filled with Delights

Ocean Prime Naples is offering an impressive experience for diners this Mother’s Day. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 10, brunch will feature a menu that includes a variety of seasonal favorites and signature dishes.
The Chef Feature is a Classic Quiche Crust crafted with roasted tomatoes, baby spinach and caramelized onions baked in a golden egg custard with parmesan, Swiss and provolone. It is served with a bright salad of artichoke hearts, celery, shallots and parsley, lightly dressed in lemon and olive oil.
Mother’s Day dinner service begins at 3 p.m., offering Ocean Prime’s regular dinner menu with a few holiday-inspired specials. Guests can indulge in prime steaks, fresh seafood and an array of side dishes, including Ocean Prime’s famous Baked Lobster Mac & Cheese and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. For dessert, the restaurant’s renowned Ten-Layer Carrot Cake provides the perfect sweet finale to the day.
A special Mother’s Day cocktail will be available as well. The Prime Spritz, a bright, herbaceous twist on a classic spritz, features shiso-rested Aperol layered with fresh lemon juice, crisp prosecco and a splash of soda. Light, refreshing and subtly aromatic, it is finished with a lemon wheel and shiso leaf for an elevated, garden-fresh finish.
