Fifth Avenue South to Host Chalk Art on January 25!
NAPLES, Fla. (December 16, 2013) – Fifth Avenue South will host Chalk Art 2014 on Saturday, January 25 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. along Fifth Avenue South and Park Street. In conjunction with Chalk Art, participating businesses along Fifth Avenue South and side streets will hold sidewalk sales. Entertainment throughout the day includes: Patchouli, Bill Colletti, Jessie Michaels, Jerry Pelligrino, Dave Dale, Debi Gutchery, and Joe Osment and more!
Sponsored by The Pelican Bay Rotary Club, Chalk Art 2014 is a “Street Painting Extravaganza,” where artists, including children, students, and professionals, use only chalk to create original art in the individual spaces. Join over 5,000 spectators and watch as Fifth Avenue South is transformed into a huge, color-splashed canvas. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from merchants on Fifth Avenue South. Fifth Avenue South will be blocked to traffic for this event.
