Contest Winners Announced for 3rd Annual Spooktacular

Contest Winners Named for 3rd Annual Halloween Spooktacular on Fifth
NAPLES, Fla. (November 8, 2013) – Fifth Avenue South is pleased to announce the winners of its decorating and costume contests at the 3rd Annual Halloween Spooktacular on Fifth on October 31. Over 12,000 people attended this year’s event, making it the largest Halloween event in the area!
Halloween Window and Decorating Contest winners for each category were Pucci and Catana, Most Creative; Wind in the Willows, Most Imaginative; Regina’s, Most Spooktacular; Café Luna, Great Pumpkin Award; and Engel Voelkers, Best in Show.
BOBFM and Mix 104.7 Adult Costume Contest winners for each category were the Ash family (Pirates), Grand Prize; the Geddis Family (All things under the Sea), Best Family; David Boot (Coffin), Scariest; and Jean Paskalides (Whole Food Shopping Bag), Most Original. Prize packages donated by Inn on 5th, Popcorn Cellar, Bellini on Fifth Italian Ristorante, Florida Olive Oil, Aqua Restaurant, Naples Zoo, Pazzo!, Yabba Island Grill, Chops, and Paddy Murphy’s.
Shamrock Bank Kid’s Costume Contest winners for each category were Emmy and Maddox Gee, Cutest; Garrison DeVries, Funniest; Rylee Rene O’Connell, Scariest; and Nicole Geddis, Grand Prize. Prizes included gift certificates and merchandise from Kilwins, Regina’s, Popcorn Cellar, Tervis, Del Sol, Shamrock Bank, and more.
Pucci and Catana Pet Costume Contest winners for each category were Teddy Bear the Pomeranian and his owner Fran Anderson, Grand Prize; Lily the Cocker Spaniel and her owner Gigi Amols, 2nd Place; and Vinnie the Pit Bull Mix and his owner Jono, 3rd place. Prizes packages donated by Inn on 5th, Camp Bow Wow, Old Naples Animal Wellness Center, Anthropologie, Pucci & Catana, Bha! Bha! Persian Bistro, Spin, Kilwins, White House Black Market, Grace & Shelly’s Cupcakes, and All Dogs Hair Haven.
