Courtelis Company is pleased to announce an opening of the newest tenant at 5th Avenue South in Naples, Florida. Thai Udon Café is 2,835 SF restaurant and is located at 405 Fifth Avenue South. This location will be the third restaurant for these highly acclaimed restaurateurs.
Thai Udon Café was established in 2013 and with its first location at Magnolia Square Shopping Center (owned and managed by Courtelis Company). Since then Thai Udon Café became a favorite spot for the local crowd. Thai Udon is a family business owned by Khwan and Adam Satinsky who are very passionate about Thai food, fine art and music. This couple promises to create a special dining experience for each customer.
Juan Martinez of Courtelis Company represented a Landlord in the lease negotiation of this new addition to 5th Avenue South.
