Culinary Concepts to hire 50 employees at job fair
NAPLES (May 31, 2016) – Naples-based restaurant group Culinary Concepts will host a 3-day job fair with the goal of hiring 50 qualified employees to fill part-time and full-time positions at its five upscale casual Southwest Florida Restaurants.
Restaurants include Pazzo! Cucina Italiana, Chops City Grill and Yabba Island Grill in Naples, Chops City Grill in Bonita Springs and Blue Water Bistro at Coconut Point Mall in Estero.
The job fair will be held at Chops City Grill, 837 Fifth Avenue South in Naples on Tuesday, May 31; Wednesday, June 1; and Thursday, June 2, from noon to 3 p.m. each day.
Why: Our company plans to prepare for the busy fall and winter seasons earlier this year to take advantage of summer and give our staff in-depth training. We plan to hire all 50 applicants within the next month.
Perks of Attending the Job Fair: On-the-spot interviews and hiring. Attendees are asked to bring a resume, and will be invited to complete an application at the job fair. Qualifying applicants will be invited to participate in one-on-one interviews with a Culinary Concepts manager or chef during the job fair.
Available positions: Line Cooks, Servers, Food Runners and Bartenders
Qualifications we are looking for:
• EXPERIENCED – At least 1 or 2 years of experience in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant.
• PROFESSIONAL – We are seeking individuals who are serious about a career in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• GREAT ATTITUDE – We can teach people to serve or cook, but we want individuals who can motivate and inspire the team around them.
• TEAM PLAYER – Those who can recognize when a team member needs help and is willing to go above and beyond to help them.
