Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District Announces Officers and Board of Directors

NAPLES, Fla. (January 7, 2015) – The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District, Inc.(BID) is pleased to announce its 2015 officers and board of directors. They are as follows:
Stefania Martin, President
Martin is representing the merchant category on the board and is owner of Bellini Restaurant on Fifth Avenue South.
Michael Wynn, Vice President
Wynn is representing the property owner category on the board and is president of Sunshine Ace Hardware.
Michael Corradi, Secretary-Treasurer
Corradi is representing the property owner category on the board. .
Rod Castan
Castan is representing the property owner category on the board and is president of leasing and management services with Courtelis Company.
Tom Graney
Graney is representing the merchant category on the board and is vice president and branch manager of Fidelity Investment on Fifth Avenue South.
Nancy Macdonald
Macdonald is representing the merchant category on the board and is the managing broker for the Naples 5th Avenue South office of Coldwell Banker.
Chip Olson
Olson is representing the property owner category and is president of Kova Commercial Realty.
Outgoing BID board members include Skip Quillen, owner of Culinary Concepts. He will join ex-officio members Jim Smith and Lou Vlasho as immediate past president and advisor to the board.
The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District, Inc. is a 501c3, not-for-profit organization dedicated to growing and enhancing the Fifth Avenue South district through promotion, marketing, and administration. BID officers serve one year terms with the option for re-election to the seat for to two terms. Board members serve three year terms. The mission of the Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District, Inc. is to “brand, promote, and create awareness of the Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District to residents and visitors as THE destination of choice to live, work, shop, dine, and play.”
