There is no such thing as bottom-shelf liquor at Bar Tulia, 462 Fifth Ave. S., in Naples. Alcohol brands are picked by the chef and bartenders. The bitters are made in house. The syrups, too. On Thursday afternoon a juicer whirred inside the Fifth Avenue South bar before the happy hour crowd arrived.
“We believe we’re leading the craft cocktail scene here,” Chef Vincenzo Betulia said.
