Dr. Linell King’s book, Mastering Vitality: 7 Simple & Sustainable Steps, provides answers and suggestions to losing weight, gaining clarity and energizing your life. Dr. King will share his seven simple sustainable steps to accomplish your goals during his “Finally be Fit Forever” two-hour event.

Dr. Linell King is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who received his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in 1997. He completed his residency at the Johns Hopkins University / Sinai Hospital program in Internal Medicine in 2000.
