Our mission is simple yet impactful: Lifting Spirits, Raising Standards. We are a nonprofit organization composed of medical professionals who are dedicated to empowering women through mentorship, education, and community. Our focus includes guiding individuals toward a more balanced future through educational pathways, career navigation, and independent living skills. With a particular emphasis on supporting nursing students in Southwest Florida, we proudly raised $10,000 in our first year. This year, our goal is to raise $20,000 in scholarship funds.

There are currently an estimated 270-300 open LPN positions in Collier and Lee counties. Our support helps to gain the education needed to fill these vital roles in our healthcare system.

Through our Blueprint for Success program, we offer mentorship, financial assistance, and shadowing opportunities. As we prepare for this special event, we invite local businesses and community leaders to support our mission with donations, sponsorships, or services.
