Gulf Coast International Properties Supports Pace Center for Girls’ Crazy Pantz Fundraiser

GCIP proudly served as one of the event sponsors for the recent Crazy Pantz fundraiser benefiting Pace Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee. GCIP agent Mark Cardillo participated in the lively event, which supports vital programs for at-risk girls in the community. The evening was co-emceed by GCIP Chief Operating Officer Vicki Tracy and Chris Lombardo, of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A.
The signature event, held April 30th at The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort, featured prominent community leaders and local businessmen modeling “Crazy Pantz” as part of a spirited live auction. Stock Development served as the Presenting Sponsor, with GCIP and others supporting the organization’s mission through sponsorship.
Among the many unique live auction experiences was a contribution from one of the event’s models, GCIP’s own Mark Cardillo: an authentic Italian dinner for six, prepared by a James Beard Award semi-finalist chef for Best New Restaurant in the U.S., complete with fine wines, live opera or violinist serenading the winner and their guests, at a stylish new home setting.
The 2025 fundraiser raised over $190,000 to support the educational, counseling, training, advocacy, and career-readiness programs offered at Pace Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee. In 2024 alone, Pace served 85 girls, empowering them through a year-round academic and counseling program tailored to their individual strengths, experiences, and needs.
The impact of Pace is profound—8 in 10 girls demonstrated academic improvement through Florida STAR testing after enrolling, compared to 9 in 10 who were failing six months before entering the program.
The team at GCIP is proud to support local philanthropic programs for at-risk youth and continues to take a leading role in community-based giving.
