Artists and Entertainment Announced for Thursday’s Evening on Fifth & ArtWalk

NAPLES, Fla. (January 7, 2014) – Fifth Avenue South is pleased to host the first Evening on Fifth & ArtWalk of the year on Thursday, January 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Evening on Fifth will feature an array of live musical performances throughout the sidewalk areas of 5th Avenue South. The night will also include fabulous dining, and the opportunity to explore the distinct boutiques, shops, and galleries that span from 9th Street to 3rd Street. Whether you want to relax with friends at dinner or dessert, or dance with your favorite entertainers, you won’t want to miss this event. Live entertainment scheduled for January 9 includes Mr. & Mrs.; Tie Dye Ted; Patchouli; Pyrate Voodoo; Joe Osment; Eric Moore, and the Marco Island Strummers!
In partnership with the Naples Art Association, over 14 local artists will be on-hand providing demonstrations of their craft throughout the sidewalks of Fifth Avenue South as a part of ArtWalk. Artists participating and their locations include:

Bonny Hawley, acrylic mixed media collage, located at Dennison and Moran at 600 Fifth Avenue South.
David Hammel, clay skullptures, located at Keating Associates at 850 Fifth Avenue South.
Popo Flannigan, acrylic artist, located at Citrus Restaurant at 467 Fifth Avenue South.
Dusty Holmes, pine needle weaving, located at Castaway Clothing/TRACY NEGOSHIAN at 694 Fifth Avenue South.
Gloria Kovacs, primitive art work, located at The Name Game at 720 Fifth Avenue South.
Kathryn A. McMahon, plein air painter, located at Sheldon Fine Arts at 460 Fifth Avenue South.
